Service Description

The session will be relaxed and informal, so if you've never done anything like this before, don't fret - we will have a good chat to begin with and then try a few exercises as a group- no-one will be in the spotlight alone at this point! This session is for all adults, but aimed at those wanting to be creative in their week, exercising the body and mind, and of course having a laugh while meeting new people.
